Learn about the history of the state of Texas

Round Rock Preservation and the City’s Department of Planning and Development Services are partnering to offer a lunch and learning event on the topic of courthouses across the state. “A Tour of Texas Courthouses” will be hosted by Rae Lynn Tipping. Review roller skating tips and tricks

Meet other roller skating enthusiasts and Rockin’ City Roller Derby professionals at the Rock Sports Arena each Sunday to participate in coach-led roller skating drills and practice drills. Meet adoptable animals at Pet Pfest

The Pflugerville Public Library will welcome pets for adoption from the Pflugerville Animal Shelter and other local rescues. Attend a March Madness watch party

Swap Plants in a Plant Swap

Plant lovers can meet in the courtyard of the Pflugerville Public Library to swap unwanted plants, pots, seeds and other gardening items. Go to a local car show

The Round Rock Police Association and the City of Round Rock are teaming up to hold a car show in Old Settler Park near the tennis courts. The event is family friendly and will not feature loud music or racing. Free. Old Settler’s Park, 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock.

Hone those calligraphy skills

The Ruby Hotel and Bar offers a course in modern calligraphy concepts for beginners. The Ruby is hosting the event in partnership with Sip & Script and Ember Elaine Modern Hand Lettering and Design. The package will include 1.5 hours of instruction, a beginners calligraphy kit and writing surfaces.
